At Flow Studio, we are proud to host two official BASI® training programs:
- Mat Teacher Training – focused on Pilates instruction on the mat
- Comprehensive Teacher Training – covering the mat and all major apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair
Each course is taught in English by certified BASI Faculty members, and follows a complete educational structure: technique, observation, personal practice, and teaching hours.

THE TRAINING JOURNEY
Structure, Practice, and Certification
The BASI® Pilates Teacher Training combines in-person modules with personal practice, observation, and teaching hours.
Once all steps are completed, you’ll take the final exam to become a certified BASI® instructor, recognized worldwide for excellence in Pilates education.
How It Works
And When to Start
The BASI® Pilates Teacher Training is structured to guide you step by step toward certification.
You’ll begin with in-person modules, taught by a certified BASI Faculty member. Then, continue with your own practice hours, class observations, and teaching experience. Once you complete all program requirements, you’ll take the final exam and officially join the global BASI teaching community.
It’s a rigorous yet rewarding journey that prepares you to teach with clarity, confidence, and international recognition.
