Our Vision of Pilates
Staying True to the Essence of the Method
At our studio, we share a common belief: Pilates is a powerful, intelligent, and universal method, designed to support every body, at every stage of life.
Our team brings together passionate teachers from both the classical and contemporary schools of Pilates. What unites us is our deep respect and love for the original method developed by Joseph Pilates – a method that is precise, demanding, and remarkably modern in its philosophy.

Pilates Reformer
Our Group Pilates Classes
The Signature Apparatus of the Pilates Method
Among all the equipment designed by Joseph Pilates, the Reformer stands out as the most iconic of the method. Inspired by his early experiments during World War I, Joseph Pilates developed machines to strengthen the body while respecting its natural biomechanics. The Reformer is the tool that truly helped his method spread across studios worldwide.
With its sliding carriage, adjustable springs, footbar, and straps, the Reformer allows for movement that is fluid, precise, and deeply effective. It adapts to all levels—from foundational to advanced—and meets a wide range of goals: improved posture, deep core strengthening, enhanced mobility, pain prevention, and more.
Each Reformer session is an invitation to move better and reconnect with a strong, balanced body. Our group Reformer classes are limited to 6 participants to ensure personalized guidance and quality instruction.
Tower & Wunda Chair
The Dynamic Duo of Classical Pilates
A Timeless Pair in the Pilates Repertoire
The Tower is a streamlined version of the Cadillac, one of the very first pieces of equipment invented by Joseph Pilates to strengthen the body gently using a system of springs and bars. The Tower offers a precise, deep, and varied practice that combines the benefits of Matwork with the added resistance of springs.
Compact yet incredibly effective, the Wunda Chair was designed by Joseph Pilates to provide a complete workout in a small space. Its spring-loaded pedal delivers both intense resistance and subtle control, challenging strength, stability, and coordination.
Combining these two pieces of equipment allows you to build deep strength, activate stabilizing muscles, and improve posture, while developing coordination and mind-body awareness.
Pilates Matwork
The Foundation of the Method
Where Every Pilates Journey Begins
Matwork, or Pilates on the mat, is the foundation of the entire method. It was on the mat that Joseph Pilates first developed his system, relying solely on body weight, breath, and control of movement.
With no equipment to assist or guide you, your body becomes its own resistance. Each exercise deeply engages the core (the « powerhouse »), mobilizes the spine, and builds stability, strength, and coordination.
Our group Matwork classes are accessible to all levels, with or without small props (foam rollers, rings, balls…). The practice is both challenging and respectful, offering a sustainable and intelligent way to strengthen the body.
It’s the perfect foundation to understand and feel the full depth of the Pilates method.
Pilates Suspension Method (PSM)
A Fun, Challenging Twist to Your Pilates Practice
Elevate Your Practice with Strength, Balance & Control
The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) blends classical Pilates principles with suspension training using straps, offering a full-body workout in all positions—standing, planking, kneeling, balancing, and more.
It’s a practice that is fun, challenging, and a great way to spice up your Pilates routine. The instability created by the straps activates deep core muscles in new and dynamic ways, while still respecting the precision and alignment of traditional Pilates.
We’re proud to be the only studio in Luxembourg offering PSM, and Violaine is the first certified instructor in the country. Her experience ensures each session is accessible, well-structured, and taught with care.
