Cancellation Policy

We get it—plans can change.
Here’s how our cancellation policy works to keep things fair for everyone:

Early Cancel
Cancel more than 12 hours before your class or appointment — no penalty.

Late Cancel
Cancel less than 12 hours in advance — the session will be forfeited.

No-Show
If you miss your class without cancelling, the session will also be forfeited.

Monthly Pass Holders
If you have an Unlimited Monthly Pass or a Pilates Lover & More Pass:

1 late cancellation or no-show per month is allowed.
After that:
– A second late cancellation will result in a €15 penalty fee
– A second no-show will result in your pass being frozen for 7 days
