Cancellation Policy
Early Cancel:
More than 6 hours before your class or appointment you can cancel without any penalty.
Late Cancel:
Less than 6 hours before your class or appointment you will forfeit your class or appointment.
No shows:
You forfeit your class or appointment
If you purchased an Unlimited Monthly pass or a Pilates Lover & More pass, please note that 1 late cancellation or no-show per month is allowed. If there is a second late cancellation, a penalty fee of €15 will be applied. If there is a second no-show without notice, your card will be blocked for 7 days
