I’m Elize, brazilian by birth but belonging to the world.

I am an enthusiastic and firm believer in the Pilates J. teaching “changes happen through movement and movement heals”. I have a degree in physical education and 10 years of teaching experience; supporting my students in gaining greater control over their bodies, enabling them to live pain-free, becoming stronger and more flexible. 

I truly believe  Pilates is a powerful way to recover from pathologies and injuries that sometimes hopes are gone. Also, I teach women in the most special moment of their lives and help them to recover after giving birth.

In 2016 I decided to spread my passion in the world. Since then I’ve been teaching in Ireland, Portugal, and now in Luxembourg… It would be a pleasure to be with and teach you at Flow Studio. I hope to see you soon!

I was born in Argentina, where I carried out my studies in ballet, contemporary dance, and Pilates instructor. 

I’m currently living in Luxembourg, where I teach Pilates Reformer, Barre, Mat and Flexibility. Parallely I give ballet, modern and contemporary dance lessons in studios around the city.

My approach to the Pilates method is always inspired by dance movements and techniques.

Yoga entered my life 30 years ago when I discovered an old Yoga book in a traveller exchange book shop in Thailand, “Richard Hittlemans yoga 28 day exercise plan”. I followed the plan and became hooked as I began to notice subtle changes in my body and mind.

I still have a copy of this book and since that first encounter with yoga I have studied and experienced many other styles and techniques such as Hather, Ashtanger Sivanander Bikram Hormone, chanting, chakra and many more… Which I have incorporated into my personal practice and teaching style. I  am still learning and find yoga such a vast interesting subject. I enjoy helping people to connect back into their minds and bodies and try to use techniques and practices which are easily accessible and sustainable to all people of all ages.

We provide a safe space for group activity limiting our group classes to 10 participants and our reformer classes to 2, ensuring adequate space for everyone to comply with social distancing measures.
