What is Pilates Barre?

The Pilates Barre class starts with a gentle warm-up and alignment exercises to prepare our bodies for the activity.

Inspired by the grace of ballet technique movements, all the sequences in this class aim to develop toned, lean and lengthened muscles, using a barre as the main element. Intermittent flexibility exercises will also be included throughout the course.
