It consists of breathing exercises which clear both physical and emotional obstacles in our body\, freeing the breath and allowing the flow of prana – life energy. \nBenefits of Pranayama: \n• Regular and sustained practice of Pranayama can supercharge your whole body\n• Improves sleep quality.
